Ms Kamp has extensive experience in moderating workshops, in training about European programs, grants and project planning, also in personal development i.e. in (team-)mediation.
She was Manager of a project for women leading small businesses in handicraft professions.
Under the ESF-EQUAL programm she runs different mentoring projects to reintegrate women in the labour market.
Ms Kamp is an experienced user of various computer programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and the internet

8. Key qualifications
Ms Kamp's key areas of expertise are the planning, organisation and leading of projects for labour market policies as well as networking and mediation. She has profund expertise in women empowerment methods.
During her professional career she has been consulting ministries in Brandenburg and regional political units in Berlin in the accounting of promotional funds, and also as a short-term expert in Hungary while implementing the ESF.
Ms Kamp is very experienced in consulting corporations, employment promotion companies and educational facilities in designing and financing vocational qualification measures as well as in the application for funds provided by the European Union (ESF, EFRE, Leonardo.). Ms Kamp has extensive experience with the topics concerning equal opportunities for women and Gender Mainstreaming.
